Woman Empowerment Mission believes that real empowerment is achieved when women are equipped with skills, confidence, opportunities, and institutional support systems that enable them to participate equally in all spheres of life. Also we offer meaningful NGO partnership opportunities for organizations and institutions that share our commitment to women’s empowerment.
The Mission works with State Governments, NGOs, educational institutions, training centres, and community-based organizations to deliver standardized, high-quality training and awareness programmes that reach women at the grassroots level.

Who Can Become a Partner?

- Valid license under Government or relevant authorities
- Basic classroom and training facilities
- Basic administrative setup and coordination team
- Ability to conduct women-focused training or community programmes
- Financial capacity to manage basic operational requirements
- Strong commitment to women empowerment and community development

Provide an Institutional Profile, including details of the organization’s registration, infrastructure, management team, and previous activities.

Submit a Proposed Program Delivery Plan, outlining the intended courses, target beneficiaries, training methodology, and operational strategy.

Agree to comply with the Mission’s guidelines, policies, and quality standards for program implementation, assessment, certification, branding, and reporting.

Undergo the Verification and Approval Process, including document verification, eligibility assessment, and orientation by the Mission.
PARTNERSHIP DETAILS
Important Information for Partners
Assessment & Certification
Participants undergoing training through authorized Franchisee Centers of the Woman Empowerment Mission shall be entitled to a structured assessment and certification process designed to maintain quality, credibility, and uniform standards across all training programs.
Participants will receive:
- Standardized Evaluation and Assessment conducted and monitored by the Mission’s designated Assessment Body.
- Course Completion Certificate issued by the Woman Empowerment Mission upon successful completion of the prescribed training and assessment requirements.
- Merit and Achievement Recognition for outstanding performance, where applicable.
Selection & Approval
All applications received shall be reviewed by the Mission’s Selection Committee. Shortlisted applicants may be invited for an orientation session and further discussions before final approval.
Authorization & Onboarding
Upon successful completion of the evaluation and approval process, the institution shall be formally onboarded as an Authorized Empowerment Training Partner of the Woman Empowerment Mission and will be granted permission to conduct approved training programs and activities under the Mission’s guidance and certification framework.
Franchisee Approval & Renewal Policy
Franchisee approval under the Woman Empowerment Mission shall be granted for a period of one (1) year. The franchise approval must be renewed annually based on performance evaluation and compliance with Mission standards.
Any activity found to be inconsistent or dissatisfied with the Mission’s objectives, standards, or code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of franchise approval without renewal eligibility.
Key Terms & Conditions
- The franchisee must operate strictly under the guidelines of the Mission
- All training programs must follow approved curriculum and structure
- No unauthorized modification of course content and fee structure is allowed
- No course can be announced or executed without Mission approval
- Centers must follow centralized evaluation procedures
- Course Certificate misuse or unauthorized issuance is strictly prohibited
- Franchisee must maintain quality standards in training delivery
- Regular reporting and documentation must be submitted to the mission
- Branding must clearly reflect official authorization from the mission
- Misuse of name, logo, or certification authority is strictly prohibited
- The mission reserves the right to inspect, audit, or monitor centers
- Franchise agreement is subject to renewal based on performance and compliance
- Any violation can lead to termination of partnership, followed legal actions.
Operational Responsibilities
Authorized centres are expected to:
- Maintain dignity and integrity of the Mission
- Work towards women empowerment objectives sincerely
- Conduct certified training programs as assigned
- Mobilize and enroll women participants locally
- Ensure proper attendance, training delivery, and evaluation
- Ensure safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
- Maintain student records and program documentation
- Promote awareness programs and community engagement activities
- Uphold ethical standards and Mission values
